Return and Exchange Policy

Any non-defective, undamaged and properly shipped product may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the date the item was received provided they meet the conditions stated below

All shipping charges related to non-defective, undamaged and properly shipped items are non-refundable.

Software must be in its original box and unopened. Please note, due to advances in CD/DVD copy technology we do not accept any opened or used software for copyright infringement purposes.

Accessories, Hardware and other Consumer Electronic products must be returned in the original packaging sealed and unopened.

All shipping charges related to non-defective, undamaged and properly shipped items are non-refundable.

Return and Exchange Policy for Defective or Damaged Items.

Any defective or damaged software, accessory or hardware product may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the date the item was received provided they meet the conditions stated below.

All returned defective or damaged items will be refunded 100% with no restocking fee, but shipping fees cannot be refunded.

Defective or damaged products may be exchanged for the same item. All exchanges are subject to availability. You will not be charged additional shipping fees when the item is exchanged and returned back to you. Return shipping will be sent via a low-cost option.

All shipping charges related to the return and exchange of defective or damaged items are non-refundable.

Return and Exchange Policy for Incorrectly Shipped Items.

Any incorrectly shipped software; accessory or hardware product may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the date the item was received provided they meet the conditions stated below.

All incorrectly shipped items that wish to be returned for a refund will be refunded 100% including original and return shipping fees. Return shipping fees are calculated using the lowest cost shipping method. Items returned by the customer via expedited shipping methods will only be refunded an amount equal to the lowest cost shipping method.

All incorrectly shipped items that wish to be exchanged will be sent the correct item as soon as the incorrect item has been received by N1Games. We will re-send the correct item at no additional cost to the customer. The customer will also be refunded the cost of the return shipping. Return shipping fees are calculated using the lowest cost shipping method. Items returned by the customer via expedited shipping methods will only be refunded an amount equal to the lowest cost shipping method.

Return Recommendations

Before returning any product, we strongly advise that you contact our customer service. They may have solutions to many of the issues you encounter. This is especially true for software products.

Once the customer service has been contacted and still no remedy has been found, and if the return is agreed by us. Then RA number will be issued.

Please note, that you must obtain an RA number from our customer service before returning any software. Any item returned without an RA number will be refused.

We strongly recommend that you make sure that your system meets all system requirements before purchasing any game or accessory.

N1Games will not accept returned software due to the failure of meeting basic system requirements.

For your protection, please send your return prepaid via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as Royal Mail recorded delivery. Please be sure to keep your receipt. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non-traceable method.

Return Authorization

To request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) for an item, please log into "Your Account" on the store from which your purchase was made. Then choose the appropriate order number to process a return request for the item within the return period stated above.

Returns will not be accepted without a RA number. RA numbers will expire after 10 days, and the item will not be accepted if it is returned after that timeframe. Please include the RA number on the outside of the shipping package. (Please do not write directly on the manufacturer's box).

Credits are processed upon confirmation of the return by N1Games. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the return credit to appear on your credit card statement.
