Any item that the purchaser has not received and a claim made with ROYAL MAIL is subject to ROYALMAILS enforcement terms and conditions and ROYALMAILS decision is final on

If item is lost in the post we are unable to take any action until 15 working days have passed and could take as long as 4-8 weeks from when claim was first made and submitted.

Also, any discrepancies in shipping must be reported to N1Games within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.

Failure in doing so will relieve N1Games of any liability. N1Games does not reimburse for lost Priority mail packages. We can only supply our customers with tracking numbers from the postal office.

N1Games does not reimburse customers for lost packages if the customer has signed a waiver to leave packages without a signature.

The only way N1Games can guarantee a shipment is if the Next –Day Delivery option was used and if the customer did not sign a waiver with post-man to leave the package without a signature.

N1Games does not ship to International Destinations at this time. All orders placed on Friday with overnight shipping will be delivered on Monday.
